Visual Display Manager

My capacity as Visual Display Manager covered many aspects of Mountain Hardwear's marketing team. I collaborated with our trade show designers regarding details of our working booth.

 I teamed up with our Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator Specialist for our seasonal workbook product photo shoots, coordinated with our Marketing Operations Manager on producing deployable seasonal POP for our wholesale accounts, and integrated with the Sales Operations Specialist to help make all our in house sales meetings and trade shows run without a hitch.

​I did this all while seasonally visiting our wholesale accounts vested in our branded environments fixture program across the country, working with their merchandisers and sales staff to present the brand in the most compelling way for the customers. 

It was a privilege to be an ambassador of the brand in market not only representing the great products we design and make, but also representing the incredible team back in Richmond that truly makes Mountain Hardwear special.​

Tradeshow Booth Planning

A lot of coordination between teams, planning for space, planning for what the display vignettes
would be based off the selects for the images around the booth and what items were key
​marketing pieces that had to have stories around them for sell in.​

 I’ve had the pleasure of working with Eddy over the years during his tenure at Mountain Hardwear.  He is hard working, dedicated and creative. He is always up for a challenge and seems to shine brightest when the challenges are greatest. He was a true pleasure to work with and I always felt comfortable with him working directly with my customers.  He had my trust and the trust of the dealers.  He is a great team player and everyone loved his laid back personality.  Any brand or business would be better off with a person like Eddy on their team.

Planning for Regional Trade Shows

Planning for regional trade shows as visual display manager I coordinated with the sales department on what the size of the produce assortment was in lineal feet, how many selling stations were needed, what areas were used for marketing and visual, and sending this info to the trade show vendors to order the pad, electricity, and pipe and drape partitions.
